Received a call to make sure someone would be home upon their delivery. The blueberries were still frozen, packaged well and are now in the freezer. I give my children a bag, which they very much appreciate.
I use blueberries for cereal, pancakes, muffins and for a snack.

I have been ordering the frozen blueberries for a few years now. I don't thaw them so I can't respond on how they are then. I use them for smoothies and they are excellent. Also have used them in pancakes and cobblers. The name brand I buy in the local store when I forget to reorder soon enough are definitely not the same quality.
Service is wonderful. They are extremely well packaged. I ordered them once in the summer time and received an e-mail asking if I wanted them because they could not guarantee them frozen during the hot summer. I was appreciate that they notified me instead of just shipping them. I still had them shipped and even though it was extremely hot out they were still frozen.

I received the blueberries completely frozen, with the ice packs still rock hard. However, the quality of the frozen blueberries is very poor. When defrosted, the berries had a slushy interior which I associate with multiple freezings and thawings. I'm sure I don't know berries as well as you do, but I have frozen fresh berries for years and the only time I have experienced this was after multiple thawing and freezing. Never again.

I was a little disappointed with the blue berries this time. I had ordered frozen blueberries last year a couple of times and they were very very delicious. Last year the blueberries were so plump, large and tasting very fresh. This year some are small like the size of wild blueberries. I don't know if they keep the frozen blueberries from season to season or if they use them until they are finished. They seem to be a little more chewy. They were much better last year.

The order was delivered to our home the next day upon shipping. They were frozen and packaged very well. We reuse the insulated bags and my son-in-law uses the cartons for fishing. This is my second year ordering from The Blueberry Store.
Glad to have the Michigan blueberries again after having to buy frozen ones in the store the past couple of months.

The berries are great but the package arrived with blueberry juice seeping through in many areas. Inside, the packaging was well done but the berries were no longer frozen and juice was dripping everywhere. So, I will inquire about expedited shipping next time.
