    I use to make my own blueberry filling - but no more, I know when I am outclassed. This filling is what blueberry means. Thick with berries, rich with just enough sweetness to enhance the berries, not overpower it. It is very diverse. I use it for pies, cheese cake toppings, stollen, cobbler, and cookies. Takes only minutes from mixing to oven. I give as gifts and receive rave reviews. It is a classic. A+

    I will serve this as a christmas dessert. Tasting your other products I feel confident this will become a new family tradition. A "semi" fresh blueberry pie for dessert.

    I purchased the Blueberry Pie Filling in June. I was a little afraid that there wouldn't be enough to fill a pie (I like my pies overfilled), but it was perfect for a 9" pie. I used one crust and a crumble top. It was so delicious I nearly lost my mind. The lady who helps me with mom's showers tasted it and had me get her some. She saved it for a pie for her church picnic last weekend and the lucky tasters were crazy about it. She was just lucky to grab a tiny sliver for her husband to try. The taste was wonderful. I'm ordering more today.
