Very Easy Blueberry Pulled Pork
2lb Pork Roast or Tenderloin
2 Cups Blueberry Pie Filling
6-8 oz Barbeque Sauce of Choice
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. You can test the pork by using a fork to shred some of the pork. If it shreds easily, it's ready. Once the pork is done, remove it from the crock-pot and shred with a fork. Serve on buns.
