    The Blueberry Store guarantee's every product 100%. This is the first we have ever heard of the "blue finger" issue and we will gladly refund or replace this item. It would be best if we could see this item in person to figure out exactly what the problem is - so please contact us toll free 877-654-2400 and we can make this right.

    We have sold many hundreds of these mugs and we assure that the paint does not come off. I have had my mug for about 1 year and it is in great shape still.

    I had blue fingers after poring a cup of coffee.The blue paint came off the mug.I had bought one awhile back and it didnt do that.Maybe they didnt seal the paint well.I wont buy anymore.I will return it when i am out that way.
