    These preserves were cooked too much which ruins the "old fashioned taste".

    When I had a GI Tract & Intestine problem several years ago, I found out that I had to eat rice cakes for breakfast. I don't like brands like Kraft because they have too much pectin and taste artifical. I don't like milk so I cann't have ceral. These preserves are marvelous. I love Michigan blueberries and these preserves do TASTE old fashioned.
